Former Shady Records Recording Artist Cashis recently sat down for an exclusive interview with Mikey T The Movie Star. This is his first interview since the resurgence of the feud between Eminem and Benzino. Cashis, who had signed with Shady Records in 2004 during the peak of the Shady Records / Aftermath and G-Unit era, talked about coining the term “Shady Gang” and shouldering the label’s beef after the signing of 50 Cent and the G-Unit Crew from Queens.
Cashis also delved into his experiences, including featuring on the hit single “You Don’t Know” from “The Re-Up” Album, and his involvement in the promotional run on MTV and BET, during which he had a memorable conversation with 50 Cent and Eminem while his song “Ms Jenkins,” featuring an incredible sample from Queen, played.
