Stevie J sat down with TMZ as part of their series documenting Sean “Diddy” Combs’s alleged crimes and claims that Diddy was high on drugs during the choking and beating of his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, at a hotel back in 2016.
Stevie J says that after he saw the video, he traveled to Diddy in Miami to speak about the incident, and allegedly, the Bad Boy founder told him that he was “hurt” seeing the video of himself abusing Cassie in that way because his mom and his daughters also had to see the video.
Stevie claimed he did not know that Diddy had it in him to do that. Stevie J said he did not feel comfortable sharing Diddy’s response as it was a “brotherhood moment,” but went on to say that “it was a real emotional moment.”
In the comments section, viewers accused Stevie J of being an “enabler” of Diddy’s behavior and even of knowing about Diddy’s alleged past.
