DJ Mustard’s divorce from Chanel Thierry has officially come to a close, and the arrangement appears favorable for the music producer. The settlement has garnered attention due to the impressive assets that Mustard is set to keep following the split. As detailed in recent legal documents acquired by TMZ, Mustard’s attorney Samantha Spector was integral in negotiating a deal that allows him to walk away with a significant array of luxury items, including an impressive collection of high-end vehicles.

Among the luxurious assets Mustard retains are a 2022 Maybach Benz, a dazzling 2018 Lamborghini Aventador, a sleek 2022 Cadillac Escalade, a stunning 2022 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and a 2019 Lamborghini Urus, among others. Additionally, he also has a classic 1960 Chevy Impala, four motorcycles, and several Sea-Doo jet skis to sweeten the deal.

On the real estate front, Mustard is not going home empty-handed. He retains possession of a lavish mansion situated in Chatsworth, along with residential properties located in the popular hotspots of Simi Valley and Los Angeles. These assets underline the wealth he accumulated during his successful music career.

Despite the high stakes surrounding their divorce, Mustard and Chanel remain committed to their three minor children, opting for joint legal custody. The music mogul has agreed to provide $24,500 each month in child support, ensuring the well-being of their young ones.

Chanel, on the other hand, is not leaving the relationship shortchanged. She will receive an upfront payment of $315,000 as spousal support, along with a Tesla Model X and her own thriving business, Sleepova—a company specializing in pajamas and loungewear. This settlement reflects an understanding and a desire to move forward amicably.

In an effort to ensure parity, Mustard made a one-time equalization payment of $275,000 to Chanel, affording her a fair resolution to their financial proceedings. Notably, the agreement stipulates that Mustard will also retain the rights to his expansive music catalog, a significant asset reflective of his career’s success.

The couple initially tied the knot in October 2020, but Mustard filed for divorce just a year and a half later in May 2022. Their journey together spanned several years, culminating in their decision to part ways amicably. Now, both are officially single and embarking on new paths following the conclusion of their marriage.

As DJ Mustard turns the page on this chapter of his life, it’s clear that while the divorce came with its challenges, he is emerging with a wealth of assets, both material and familial, setting the stage for new beginnings.
