A huge congratulations to Kiyan Anthony, the son of NBA legend, Carmelo Anthony and television personality/actress, La La Anthony! The exceptionally gifted high school senior has yet to make his college decision, but he’s already landed NIL representation — a remarkable achievement at such an early stage in his career!

In a joint Instagram post, both Kiyan and WME Sports shared the exciting news.

“WME Sports is proud to announce we have signed Long Island Lutheran guard, Kiyan Anthony, to exclusive NIL representation,” the post’s caption began.

“Anthony, the top-ranked player in New York for the 2025 recruiting class, is a pure bucket-getter who led the NBPA Top 100 Camp in scoring this past June, averaging 28.5 points per game. Kiyan ranked 11th in scoring in this year’s Nike EYBL, averaging 19.6 points per game along with 4.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists per contest for Team Melo.”

The post concluded, “Welcome to the family, Kiyan!”

And as you would expect, Kiyan’s mother, is over the moon, beaming with pride at her son’s latest accomplishment, sharing a simple, “Let’s gooooo.” followed by four fire emoji’s in the comments section of the WME Sports announcement post.

As Kiyan is finalizing his college decision, he has narrowed down his choices between: the USC Trojans, Auburn Tigers, and his father’s Syracuse Orange. For Kiyan, this new NIL deal will only bring to the table even more visibility and desirability to have this talented 17-year-old as a part of any athletic program.

According to SI.com, the 17-year-old’s growing portfolio of NIL deals includes partnerships with PSD Underwear, Nerf, and the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation, which have already boosted his NIL valuation to $1.1 million. Per the outlet, Kiyan ranks among the top high school basketball players in NIL earnings.

Per NCSA, NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness, and refers to an agreement between an athlete and a third party that allows the athlete to receive compensation for the use of their name, image, and likeness. NIL deals can include: endorsements, social media, autographs, merchandise, public appearances, video games, etc.

Congratulations, Kiyan! We cannot wait until you announce where you will call home after high school graduation!

    Hey all!

I’ve been cooking a lot with Ceylon cinnamon lately, and it’s been such a great addition to my recipes.

It’s much lighter and more aromatic than Cassia cinnamon, and I find it works really well in both sweet and savory dishes.

I made a Ceylon cinnamon-spiced roasted sweet potato dish for dinner, and the cinnamon’s delicate sweetness paired perfectly with the savory flavors.

I’ve also been adding it to smoothies and baked goods like Ceylon cinnamon muffins—it gives them a lovely warm flavor without overpowering the other ingredients.

If you’re looking for something a little more refined than regular cinnamon, I highly recommend trying Ceylon cinnamon in your recipes.

Anyone else here experimenting with it?

Would love to hear how you’re using it!
