Columbus Short’s Domestic Violence Case Dropped

Columbus Short is off the hook in his newest authorized battle … as a result of prosecutors inform us they dropped the fees in his home violence case.

The L.A. City Attorney’s Office tells TMZ … prosecutors reviewed the case and determined to not pursue prices. They would not touch upon the specifics of their resolution.

Columbus, nonetheless, tells TMZ … “They dismissed the case from what I was told because the prosecutor felt there was no wrongdoing.” He goes on to confer with the prosecutor as rational and truthful.

He continues, “I knew when I was charged it was stupid but based on past allegations. They jump to the worst conclusion as does the media.” He insists he is by no means abused a girl.

As we reported, Columbus, who’s starring in Hulu’s “Remember Me,” was arrested in February after cops have been referred to as to his dwelling over an argument he had along with his spouse — one which allegedly bought bodily.

He was charged with 2 misdemeanor counts … one for home violence and one for baby endangerment. At the time, we have been advised the kid endangerment cost was as a result of the alleged incident occurred in entrance of a kid.
