Ben Affleck Finds Buyer for $30 Million Palisades Home

Ben Affleck is having a terrific month … on the heels of his 2nd wedding event to Jennifer Lopez and honeymoon in Italy, he’s discovered a buyer for his Pacific Palisades home.

Realty sources inform TMZ … Ben accepted a deal Tuesday on his 7-bedroom estate, which he noted for $29,995,000.

The home is 13,453 square feet of pure high-end … it’s got all the bells and whistles, consisting of a swimming pool, medspa, walk-in wine rack, theater and health club.

As we initially reported … Ben listed the house 3 weeks back, and he and J Lo are preparing to move into her Bel-Air home when an enormous remodel is total. In the meantime, Ben and Jen are leasing James Packer‘s $60 million Bev Hills substance.

Ben and Jen simply returned from their Italian honeymoon, taking a personal jet back to Los Angeles Monday, so he’s going back to a little excellent news.
