Atlanta Murder Suspect Captured During Traffic Stop After 28 Years on the Run

Last Tuesday (August 16), deputies with the Oconee County Constable’s Workplace pulled over a male while performing random registration checks of cars and found that the automobile he was driving had no legitimate insurance coverage, and his license was suspended. 

Officers notified the male that his license, provided in South Carolina under the name Rais Sekhem, was suspended, and the male informed the deputies that he was uninformed of the suspension. The male was taken into authorities custody and reserved for driving on suspended license, no insurance coverage, and suspended registration.
