Actor Ray Buffer is being implicated by a San Diego comics shop of taking some costly comics … and the shop states security video footage appears to reveal him packing ’em up his t-shirt.
Southern California Comics in San Diego declares it has Ray on video taking $600 worth of comics, and the shop submitted an authorities report with SDPD and is turning over proof to cops, including their security video footage.
SDPD informs TMZ cops took a report for minor theft and are examining the occurrence.
The comics shop states it got back at more proof — which it will be committing cops — after cautioning other shops about Ray in a Facebook post prior to he had actually been recognized.

The owners inform us Metropolis Comics in L.A. sent them some strangely comparable security video footage from when Ray existed. In that video, the owner faces him after seeing him pull the exact same relocation, and this time he puts the comics back and leaves as the owner threatens to call cops.
Ray, who has actually appeared in television programs like “ER” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” erased all of his social networks accounts after the comics shop published the video online.

We connected to Ray … up until now, no word back.
