Jimmie Allen Countersues Woman Accusing Him of Secretly Filming Sexual Assault

Jimmie Allen is now filing a countersuit against the woman who accused him of sexually assaulting her. He claims that their encounter was consensual and that she gave her consent to record it.

In recently obtained legal documents, Jimmie Allen states that during their time together in Las Vegas, the woman explicitly stated that she was okay with him recording their intimate encounter.

The woman, known as Jane Doe, alleges that they initially connected on a flight to Nashville in May 2022. They continued messaging each other for several months, eventually meeting up at a hotel in Las Vegas. She claims that Jimmie Allen sexually assaulted her and secretly recorded the incident.

In his countersuit, Jimmie Allen admits to the details of their meeting and the events that led them to the hotel room in Las Vegas. He claims that while they were kissing on the balcony, he asked for permission to set up his camera, which she allegedly agreed to.

Jimmie Allen asserts that they engaged in consensual and unprotected sex once inside the hotel room. He further states that the camera was visible on a shelving unit at the foot of the bed throughout their encounter.

After falling asleep, Jimmie Allen woke up to find that the woman and his smartphone were missing. He believes that she took the phone and mailed it to the police, and he still has not received it back. As a result, he is seeking compensation for the damages he has suffered.
