Ryan McKenna, when popular for snapping a photo with Justin Timberlake at the Super Bowl, stands implicated of striking a police during his supposedly intoxicated arrest … however brand-new video reveals cops tossing him to the ground quite hard.

The clip, gotten by TMZ, reveals 18-year-old Ryan with numerous cops around him as they attempt to apprehend him — they’re having a hard time to get his arms behind his back.
After the efforts to cuff him do not work … you can see among the deputies tug him by the leg, turning him down on a concrete flooring. Even after the harsh takedown, Ryan kept his arms tucked to his chest, rather of putting them behind his back.
TMZ broke the story … police was gotten in touch with the eve of this year’s Super Bowl to a CPK in Naples, FL for a report of a male who was drunk and hitting his friend.
According to cops, Ryan and a 15-year-old young boy entered an argument, and things intensified to the point where Ryan strongly pressed their table and began screaming profanities at the young boy’s GF.
In their report, cops confess putting hands on Ryan to soothe him down, however claim he tugged their hands off his chest. Deputies then attempted to apprehend Ryan, which is obviously when the video starts.
Cops stated Ryan was required to prison and reserved for felony battery on a police officer and 2 misdemeanors — withstanding arrest and blockage of an officer.
BTW, Ryan’s mama Tracy informed us her kid was NOT intoxicated during the event … and rather was simply joking around with his good friends, attempting to be amusing by pressing the table.
