90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield weighed in on former castmate Ed “Big Ed” Brown’s recent surprised announcement.

The 59-year-old reality star met Porscha Raemon at a fan meet and greet at Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Plantation, Florida. He then invited her to dinner the next day, and after making a paperclip ring, he proposed to her there. The engagement was almost immediately called off.

“Right now, I don’t know. The only thing that I found out is, like, Ed got engaged again, So I was like …. that was just crazy,” Paola tells In Touch. “Not even with a real ring. I don’t know. I feel like sometimes, it’s just people do a lot of stuff just to be relevant. And it’s just crazy. I wish her luck.”

Big Ed says he now wants to work on himself and is staying single until the work is done…fans of the show think he’ll soon be engaged again.

    Hey all!

I’ve been cooking a lot with Ceylon cinnamon lately, and it’s been such a great addition to my recipes.

It’s much lighter and more aromatic than Cassia cinnamon, and I find it works really well in both sweet and savory dishes.

I made a Ceylon cinnamon-spiced roasted sweet potato dish for dinner, and the cinnamon’s delicate sweetness paired perfectly with the savory flavors.

I’ve also been adding it to smoothies and baked goods like Ceylon cinnamon muffins—it gives them a lovely warm flavor without overpowering the other ingredients.

If you’re looking for something a little more refined than regular cinnamon, I highly recommend trying Ceylon cinnamon in your recipes.

Anyone else here experimenting with it?

Would love to hear how you’re using it!
