[WATCH] First Look Teaser of ‘The Little Mermaid’ Starring Halle Bailey

Disney Pictures has actually launched its very first take a look at the live-action The Little Mermaid.  A teaser trailer for the remake was revealed at Disney’s D23 Expo on Friday. 

It included stunning undersea shots of Halle Bailey starring as Ariel, singing a few of the renowned tune, ”Part of Your World.”

Director Rob Marshall stated it was necessary they honored the initial movie while still reimagining other parts to bring more depth to the story, that includes the musical numbers.
