Skateboarding Star Nyjah Huston Sued For Allegedly Attacking A Man In Los Angeles

Skateboarder Nyjah Huston is being taken legal action against by a guy who declares the professional athlete beat him up throughout a run-in in Los Angeles previously this summertime.

According to reports from TMZ, Alexander Pou submitted a claim versus the 27-year-old X Games professional athlete on  Wednesday. He declares the occurrence taken place previously this year, on June 6, after Huston and a buddy went to Pou’s home to gather a product they left there the night prior to.

In the claim, Pou declares he attempted to assist Huston discover the product, however when their search was not successful, the skateboarder “ended up being verbally violent.” He goes on to claim Nyjah “unexpectedly and without alerting” started assaulting him, triggering injuries.

Then, Pou states as Huston got in his buddy’s cars and truck to leave the scene, the buddy attempted to run him over–all while Huston “continued to verbally attack” Pou.

Now, Alexander Pou is taking legal action against Nyjah Huston for undefined damages.

Unfortunately for the skateboarding star, this is not the very first time he has actually dealt with a claim declaring he got violent with someone. Back in 2017, a guy declared the skater leapt him at a houseparty and beat his face face so viciously he required surgical treatment to repair a damaged nose.

Now, he’s got yet another claim to handle.
