The lawsuit exposed that Offset signed a handle QC in 2013 providing complete control and 50% of his revenues. However, when he recognized the offer wasn’t to his taste he worked out a settlement with QC. The settlement was to recover his rights to his solo recordings and songwriting and Offset declares he paid “handsomely” to gain back those rights, reports RadarOnline.

QC’s reaction to his lawsuit declares he breached the “privacy arrangement” in the arrangement on social networks. In addition, they think he breached the arrangement once again by sharing the settlement paperwork with Universal Music Group Executives.
