Lil Nas X and Zedd disregarded a homeowner’s need they not party in his fancy Hollywood Hills mansion, and after that left the location trashed after the big celebration … at least according to a brand-new claim.
According to legal docs, acquired by TMZ, the “Old Town Road” vocalist and the famous DJ are amongst the accuseds being sued by proprietor Daniel Fitzgerald, who owns a multitude of elegant houses in the Hollywood Hills.
In his fit, Fitzgerald states when he rented the home he particularly informed the renters they could not have any huge celebrations, however he states that didn’t stop the renters from enabling Lil Nas X to host a celebration for 1,000 individuals where Zedd was paid to spin tunes for the partygoers.
Fitzgerald claims Lil Nas X, Zedd and the party promoters and sponsors understood they weren’t expected to be having a party on the home … however he states that didn’t deter them from tossing a legendary celebration in April 2022.

Fitzgerald is pursuing LNX, Zedd and the party’s sponsors and promoters for cash … and he desires offsetting and compensatory damages amounting to at least $1 million.
