Kevin Hart is escalating his legal battle with Tasha K by alleging that the YouTuber is concealing her finances in “shell companies” as part of his lawsuit against her.
Hart filed a lawsuit against Tasha K following her release of an interview with his former assistant, in which she accused him of marital infidelity, a severe gambling addiction, and other transgressions.
In his legal complaint, the comedian asserts that Tasha K’s team attempted to extort $250,000 from him in exchange for not publishing the interview. Allegedly, she proceeded to release the interview online after the monetary demand was rebuffed.
In the latest development, the Hollywood actor added Yelen Entertainment LLC as a defendant in the case. Reportedly, Tasha’s husband serves as the principal of Yelen, and the company is purportedly “responsible for content [Tasha] publishes.” Furthermore, Hart contends that Tasha previously operated a company named Kebe Studios before the establishment of Yelen, according to Radar Online.
His legal filing alleges that Yelen was “simply shell entities and shams of one another, through which [Tasha] conducted her business under different entity names. Additionally, it claims that [Tasha] treated Kebe Studios and Yelen, and utilized their assets, as her personal property, exercising control and oversight to conceal her illicit activities, cater to her personal convenience, and evade financial and non-financial obligations owed to others.”
