According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Ye is facing a lawsuit from an autograph dealer over an incident that occurred in DTLA nearly 2 years ago, which was captured on video.
The dealer alleges that Kanye became aggressive, shouting about making an example and referencing his divorce from Kim Kardashian before physically assaulting him.

After requesting an apology from Ye, the man claims that the rapper responded with further physical aggression, causing severe injuries.
Additionally, the man alleges that Kanye directed aggressive remarks at the people accompanying him and demanded that they retrieve his children.
The autograph seeker is seeking damages for the assault and battery, claiming to have suffered emotional distress.
Furthermore, his wife is pursuing legal action for the loss of companionship resulting from the incident involving Ye.
