Her first tip is to always stay hydrated, which according to Tracey is the foundation of any beauty regimen.
Next, Tracey explained the benefits of exercise and stretching, which keeps the body more flexible as we age. She recommends weight lifting, cardio, and walking, and suggests drinking lemon water or coconut water as an alternative.
Tracey is also a strong advocate of getting enough sleep – at least 8 hours of sleep. She suggests using a weighted blanket or a sound machine to help with sleeping issues, and also recommends reading a book before going to sleep.
She then emphasized the importance of skincare and suggested keeping toxins away from the face, using organic skincare lines and anti-aging moisturizers, as well as opting for organic makeup.

Finally, she highlighted the significance of self-care for the soul and spirit, incorporating meditation, prayer, and occasional spa days, and indulging in activities like getting nails done and hair styling to feel beautiful.
