Elon Musk has expressed his strong opinions towards Disney CEO Bob Iger and other companies withdrawing their advertisements from his social media platform. Musk’s remarks have sparked a heated debate in the media.
While speaking on CNBC, Musk weighed in on the recent exodus of advertisers following his Israel visit and amid allegations of antisemitism. He did not hold back in addressing the corporations cutting ties with him.
Musk expressed that he wishes for the advertisers to permanently halt their campaigns. He conveyed a strong “Go f*** yourself” message to those dissociating from his platform.

Elon Musk Sees ‘Truth’ in Antisemitic Tweet About Jews Hating Whites
The host of CNBC appeared surprised by Musk’s choice of words, especially given the live broadcast. Musk reiterated his statement and made it clear that he stands by it.
Musk explained that he feels pressured by these companies to pay for advertising, and emphasized that he wouldn’t compromise his free speech principles for financial gain, even if it negatively impacts his business.
In a somewhat light-hearted manner, Musk directly addressed Iger during his remarks, suggesting that “Bob” was likely watching the broadcast. Disney, along with numerous other major companies, has paused advertising on Musk’s platform.
Prior to Musk’s comment, Iger had also addressed the situation, stating, “We know that Elon is larger than life in many respects, and that his name is very much connected to the companies he founded or owns. By him taking the position he took in a public manner, we felt that the association was not necessarily a positive one for us.”
There appears to be a deteriorating relationship between Musk and the companies withdrawing their advertising support.
