Coi Leray Throws Shade at Latto and Trippie Redd on ‘Blue Moon’ EP

Coi Leray is obviously still bothered by the usage of her size as a punchline in Latto‘s hit song. In retaliation, she has unleashed her own track!

Coi recently dropped her new EP, “Blue Moon,” a 5-track project celebrating the phenomenon of tonight’s “supermoon.” The EP’s first single, “Isabel Marant,” takes a direct shot at Latto in the chorus: “Hop up on that couch and roll up Latto out the bag.”

Coi’s lyrics in “Isabel Marant” are a direct response to Latto’s line in her song “Put It On Da Floor,” where she raps, “Smokin’ on that gas, blunt big as Coi Leray.”

In a platinum remix featuring Cardi B, Latto replaced the verse and even showed Coi some love during her Coachella set. At the time, Coi seemed to accept this gesture.

Now that Coi has fired back, it remains to be seen how long Latto will keep the blunt metaphor before responding.

Coi Leray also took a jab at her ex-boyfriend Trippie Redd in her track, boasting about her rising success in the industry: “Tried to count me out, and now I’m big as Trippie Redd!!!”

Coi and Trippie had a relationship in 2019, which ended with Trippie releasing a diss track named after Coi Leray on his album.

Coi currently has 10 million monthly Spotify listeners, surpassing Trippie Redd’s count. She’s having the last laugh, at least from her perspective!
