Article: Larry June, Cardo ‘The Night Shift’

The long-awaited collaborative album, The Night Shift, by Larry June and Cardo has finally been released.

The entire production of this album is credited to Cardo, bringing together the San Francisco rapper and the St. Paul-based producer. The album features some previously released tracks such as “The Good Kind“, “Chops On The Blade“, and the recent “Without You (Blxst Interlude)” featuring Blxst.

Featuring a total of 17 tracks, from “Clocked In” to “The Night Shift”, the album also includes “Love Of Money, “Glasshouse Knockin’”, “Stickin’ & Movin’” “Let Me Know”, “Road Runnin’”, and more.

The album boasts collaborations with 2 Chainz on “Ocean Cuisine” and a surprise cameo by ScHoolboy Q on “Pop Out”. Additionally, Dej Loaf makes an appearance on “Sweet Lady”, The Alchemist contributes to “The Great Escape”, and other guests include Too $hort, Peezy, Payroll Giovanni, Jordan Ward, and Aleman.

The Night Shift is Larry’s second project of the year, following The Great Escape which was produced by The Alchemist.
