Aaron Carter had polices at his door for a well-being check after going live on Instagram … since concerned fans thought he was potentially doing drugs off-camera.
Law enforcement sources inform TMZ … cops got a call Tuesday night — with lots of stating Aaron was “possibly overdosing on social media.”

In case you missed it, Aaron went live Tuesday night to talk it up with his fans … however at one point, the screen went black — and some fans believed they might hear spraying and breathing in going on in the background.
Cops and the fire department reacted to Aaron’s house in Lancaster — sources state they attempted calling Aaron and knocking on his door to no obtain initially, however ultimately reached him. Aaron informed officers he was sleeping.
We’re informed polices discovered no drugs … and state there was no criminal activity or any kind of suicide effort, either.
Our sources inform us his IG fans would call the polices regularly in the past … and they believe his current habits online triggered alarm when again.

Aaron later on declared it was all a joke, calling himself “the troll hunter” while spraying what seems an air freshener. Some fans online weren’t purchasing it — with some even keeping in mind the 2 sprays sound various.
