According to Fox 32 Chicago, Herb and two other men were caught with loaded guns during a traffic stop on Thursday night (Feb. 22). All three men have been charged with a felony count of aggravated unlawful use of a loaded weapon in a vehicle without a FOID (Firearm Owners Identification) card, police said.
Herb and the two other men — Deavonte Royale Kimbale, 25, of Compton, CA, and Marchello Walton, 36, of Phenix City, AL — are expected to appear in bond court today.
G Herbo was previously arrested in 2014 for possession of a firearm without valid FOID and possession of ammunition without FOID. Since then, he’s managed to become not only one of the biggest rappers in Chicago, but an inspirational figure for the city’s youth — not to mention an expecting father.
Fingers crossed he can beat this case.
